Impressed. Made our way north noting several features. 1. It’s PhillipStone, there are rocks. 2. Nice pine and hardwood mix. 3. Several elevated sites to build. K- liked the northwest corner & wants to build a pond. G- the northeast area & liked all the privacy. We did cross the stream to inspect a flag that seemed to match the iron pin identified “F” on the ANR Plan. See attached as well as the Wetland Report. Broker is Seller. Seller willing to perc.
