The 2022 hunting season was be the first time Fish and Game has allowed use of General Elk Licenses in this famous unit. This ranch boasts 1280 deeded acres, bordered by private ownership and BLM. The two BLM parcels are landlocked by private ownership, which allows for additional and rare hunting opportunities. Multiple developed springs, Little White Beaver Creek and a small pond provide water for wildlife and livestock all year around. The combination of water and treed areas creates an oasis for fauna. Mule deer, elk, bear, turkey and upland birds.
